Please read the following booking and service conditions carefully before scheduling your appointment. These guidelines ensure we can maintain our high standard of clinical care and professional service for all clients.
1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be securely processed and fully deducted from your final treatment cost on the day of your visit.
2. Confirmation
Appointments are only confirmed once the booking deposit is successfully received. A confirmation email and text message will be generated automatically to confirm your reserved timeslot.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled treatment, or complete non-attendance, will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit to compensate for the unallocated studio session.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you run more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened to respect subsequent clients’ schedules, while the full service fee will still apply.
6. Payments
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, contactless methods, and cash. Payment of the remaining balance is required in full immediately following the completion of your treatment.
7. Consultation
All new clients must participate in an initial consultation. This ensures we can properly review your medical history, assess skin/nail conditions, and structure a fully personalized foot care plan.
8. Results
While our treatments are highly therapeutic, physical outcomes and recovery speeds naturally vary. Therapeutic and cosmetic results are highly dependent on individual biological factors and daily foot biomechanics.
9. Aftercare
Adherence to aftercare is crucial. Clients are strongly encouraged to rigorously follow the personalized home maintenance advice provided by our specialists to extend the health and quality of their treatment.
10. ToeFlex
ToeFlex polygel reconstruction is an aesthetic enhancement and requires a clean, fungal-free foundation. Maintenance refills and checks are highly recommended every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain nail bed integrity.

These specialized clinical conditions frequently require multiple procedural sessions and strict application of prescribed home topicals. Consistency is vital to successfully eliminating stubborn pathology.
13. Refunds / Complaints
We strive for flawless clinical results. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us within 48 hours. Although we do not provide cash refunds, we will gladly arrange a priority assessment to remedy your concerns.
14. Right to Refuse
For safety and professional standards, we reserve the right to decline treatment to anyone exhibiting severe contraindications, highly transmissible undiagnosed conditions, or disrespectful behavior.
15. Privacy Policy
Your medical and personal files are treated with total confidentiality. All data is processed using securely encrypted cloud software strictly adhering to current GDPR and national healthcare compliance rules.
16. Changes to Appointments
On rare occasions, scheduling adjustments are required due to staff emergencies or illness. We guarantee to notify you as early as possible and will instantly reschedule your session with full deposit preservation.
17. Changes to Terms
Betty’s Foot Care Studio reserves the complete authority to update, adjust, or completely revise these policy guidelines at any time to stay aligned with medical laws and shifting service standards.
